Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots

  • Water (for steaming or blending)

Directions

  • Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into small pieces.
  • Steam or boil until very soft (about 10–15 minutes).
  • Blend with a little cooking water until smooth.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • Suitable from 6 months+
    Always ensure puree is smooth with no lumps to avoid choking
    You can thin with breast milk or formula for a familiar taste
