Ingredients
1 small salmon fillet (boneless, skin removed)
1 small potato (peeled and chopped)
1 small carrot (peeled and grated)
1 egg
1 tbsp butter or oil (for cooking)
Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
Directions
- Boil the potato and carrot until soft, then mash together in a bowl.
